域名解析的IP换了后，ICP备案需要改IP地址么？
问题描述之前买的服务器快到期了，续费很贵，新买的ECS的IP地址与ICP备案的肯定不一样，我如果直接改域名解析的IP到新的服务器可以么？期望结果...已尝试的方法...
