wordpress建站完毕，自己可以访问，为何其他人不能访问

先前公司请人建站，www.mrpic.cn 后面想弃用前网站自己用WordPress建站，但建好后只有自己可以访问，其他人通过域名都无法访问，还是只能看到之前的网站。 域名解析过，端口也都开放了。不清楚问题在哪里

请问，使用WordPress建站后，不能直接访问公网ip访问网站吗

如题，购买阿里云ecs服务器使用WordPress建站建好了以后，不能使用公网ip直接访问吗？而且我买了一个域名解析到了ip上也不能通过访问域名访问，是因为网站没有备案的原因吗？
