阿里ECS服务器，域名不是万网的需要备案吗
求助啊 我买的阿里ECS服务器，注册域名是新网的。 但是访问域名总是不通，直接访问IP是可以的。 请问是我没有阿里这边没有备案，还是新网那边的问题。

阿里云客服和万网分公司对备案不同处理
阿里云客服要求，通管局要求要当面核验的地区要去柯达店铺和分公司当面核验 万网分公司要求有纯色的个人免冠照片就行。 分公司做法是所有IDC的普遍做法， 阿里云不会做备案就不要做了，按照阿里云和通管局的做法，中国干脆把个人备案取消得了。
