钉钉AI助理回答知识库中的问题不能给出答案但是回答知识库以外的问题可以给出答案
已经向AI助理添加知识，知识包括FAQ多维表和钉钉文档（所有知识已经开放权限给AI），包括问题以及所对应的模板答案，并且AI助手已经学习完所有知识，回答相似度设置为0.99，也设置允许联网搜索进行问答，并已经保存好该AI助手，但是向AI助手提问知识库中的问题AI助手并没有根据对应的模板答案回答，给出的是兜底回复。但是在回答知识库以外的问题可以通过联网搜索给出答案。
