“备案服务号”的“绑定IP”已过期释放，能否变更？有何影响？谢谢！
之前申请过“备案服务号”，域名也已经备案成功。但由于一直没有使用，该“备案服务号”的“绑定IP”所对应的阿里云服务器前段时间已过期释放，现在重新购买了新的阿里云服务器，请问会有什么影响吗？该服务号对应的绑定IP能否变更？谢谢！ （目前域名在万网，已经解析到新购买的阿里云服务器的公网IP下）

您输入的备案服务号无效，请检查后重新输入在线求助已绑定ip
已绑定ip，在验证产品的时候也通过了，但是在填写完网站信息提交下一步上传备案资料时出现了“您输入的备案服务号无效，请检查后重新输入”的错误，服务号已经帮顶ip了，求解决方案，在线等
