请问备案审核失败，互联网金融前置审批文件。
本公司不涉及互联网金融，就营业范围上写了“鲜花租赁”，备案就不给通过。这去找谁说理。请阿里云管理员帮我看看怎么解决。 已经搞了2个月了。就不是不给解决。

请教一下备案前置文件是否必须？
我司备案时候，因为公司有‘动漫’字眼，系统说需要我们提供前置文件。我去查找了相关质量，前置文件是网络文化经营许可。但是我司的网站只是一个公司展示，以及招聘作用，并不涉及任何经营内容。而且经查询办理网络文化经营许可，需要具备的资质，例如注册资金，人员数量配备等，也不是我们小公司能够符合的。想请问我们这种非经营类的网站，也一定需要网络文化经营许可吗？
