后台管理系统备案后，在原基础上新增一个门户网页面，是否需要重新备案，还是变更备案？
如题，一开始创建了一个后台管理系统，已经通过了两个备案。现在我想继续拓展这个后台管理系统，新增类似门户网一类的，不需要登陆就能访问的公共内容，同时在新增加的页面上留下后台管理系统的跳转链接。 请问在这种情况下，我是否还需要为这个门户网重新备案？或者是变更之前的备案？
