浙江在哪里办理论坛前置备案
我打电话到通信管理局，他们说现在不受理博客、论坛这些备案申请了。 如果用香港的空间，速度会慢的吧？ 我也有企业资质可以用，但是没有100万注册资金啊，现在深圳1块钱注册资金都可以。当时没有过户这么多。。。

共享型虚拟主机能不能使用已备案的域名？能不能使用.CGI论坛？
老师好，我想把在别处的网站移到阿里云，需要了解： 1、自己有已备案的域名，请问能不能继续使用这些域名？把这些域名绑定在共享型虚拟主机的域名上？ 2、我有一个.CGI语言编写的论坛，能不能使用？ 给您添麻烦了，谢谢。
