win网站不能访问

网站打开，出现了测试页面。提示需要备案。但是在备案的页面，提示win后缀不合法，不能备案。类似这种问题该如何处理？既然win不能备案，为何不能访问？这是不是有矛盾？希望阿里云的和万网的朋友帮忙看看这问题。

我的Win2008服务器这几天回滚后，所有网站都不能访问了，

部署的网站，本地能够访问，外网ip不能访问

IIS 部署好网站后，服务器本地通过localhost能够访问，但是外网不能访问，服务器的防火墙已经关闭，安全组也配置了规则，还是不能访问，请问是什么原因？请求大神帮忙解决
