外网ipweb通过

我的情况是这样：主机是windows 2008的，我的应用是node环境，我已经在主机上安装好环境并启动，从主机内访问localhost:8080 web页面能正常访问。然后我添加安全组配置开通8080端口、80端口等，但是通过公网ip+8080端口提示访问被拒绝，请教这个问题怎么解决？

ECS外网ip不能访问部署的web站点，能ping通，备案通过，安全组规则已设，防火墙已关
