我买了这个产品，设置了地址 c308aa8c6c1d4737.memcache.rds.aliyuncs.com。但是程序访问不了。怎么测试。我的用户名。密码。端口号都是对的。以前买过的。停机后清空了。我重新买设置就一直提示缓存失败。请提供协助。
