账户内网互通

A阿里云账号有一个内网slb，后面挂2个ecs，如果B阿里云账号想访问A阿里云账号的这个slb，是否能访问的通？或者需要怎么设置才能让两个账号互通？

希望能够访问同为华北2 G区的47.94.227.208这台服务器的内网（172.17.255.165）

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍我有两个阿里云账号，都有ECS主机，现在想两个账号下的ECS主机可以通过内网地址互相访问，不是公网地址，是阿里云内网地址，因为其中一台主机无公网带宽。
