购买了云盾-》数据风控资源包没生效

您好，我今天上午10点多购买了云盾-》数据风控资源包（订单号：202912918520181），还没有生效，请帮忙查下，谢谢！

建议各位暂时不要使用云盾服务，会造成资源耗尽。

你在控制台还关闭不了，界面上看是关闭了，其实根本没有关闭。阿里云是好，可是技术成熟还有待时日啊！
